Megan McKee

About the Instructor:

Ms. Megan McKee is an Assistant Team Leader and Fitness Specialist in the Slainte Fitness Center at USLI. She started with the company in January of 2014 as College Help in the Slainte Fitness Center.

Ms. McKee was a 2014 graduate of West Chester University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science with a minor in Health Sciences while playing club field hockey and lacrosse for the school. She is certified in personal training from the American Council on Exercise and is a certified LaBlast instructor. Ms. McKee offers personal training to individual and small group clients and teaches Cardio Body Maxx every Wednesday. She has experience helping individuals create behavior change through nutrition and exercise as well as performing blood pressure and body composition assessments.

Ms. McKee actively participates in planning many USLI wellness initiatives including Renewed You, Walktober, Spring into Cardio and Class Royals. She enjoys staying fit by running, biking, lifting and participating in HIIT and yoga classes. Ms. McKee gets the most enjoyment from living an active lifestyle and is an avid believer in the power of positive thinking!
