Are you or a member of your team new to insurance? Consider USLI University’s Fundamentals First Program to immerse yourself in all things business and insurance. Fundamentals First is an intensive, interactive and fun insurance program held in Wayne, Pennsylvania with over 10 years of success stories and positive testimonials from participants. The in-person program is two weeks long and was designed specifically for those new to the industry (less than a year of experience).

You will receive training from experienced professionals in insurance, sales and professional development concepts. Our insurance sessions include topics such as property, general liability, professional liability and management liability coverages. Participants will also attend sessions about sales skills and development to learn concepts that are essential to being an effective salesperson. 

Fundamentals First also places a strong emphasis on the importance of presentation skills, and this is highlighted in various ways throughout the two weeks. Our instructors prepare attendees to give a confident, credible and energetic presentation. You will be provided with tools and resources to manage nervousness, build a presentation, and use your voice and body to project the confidence you admire in great presenters, all in a supportive environment.

Attendees are responsible for the cost of accommodations and travel to and from Wayne. Once you arrive, leave the rest to us. All training, local transportation, meals and excursions are included.
