Managing Conflict: It’s How We Respond That Counts

Originally recorded on Monday, May 24 as part of our Leadership Conference

Conflict happens, and that’s not a bad thing. It’s how we anticipate and handle the conflict that’s important. Understanding the root causes of conflict, your own conflict resolution style and how to mediate when conflicts arise on your team are important leadership skills that are often overlooked until a conflict happens. We’ll discuss techniques for communicating effectively when faced with difficult situations that can affect productivity and morale if ignored or mishandled.

Duration: 30 Minutes
