DEEPENING YOUR KNOWLEDGE
WORKSHOP SESSIONS
Session 1: Exploring the Three Sides of D&O Coverage: Why Are They Important to Our Insureds?
Analyze the differences in the three insuring agreements (“Sides A, B and C”) within a directors and officers policy with us and discover how they come together to protect our insureds. We’ll also discuss how a Side A additional limit will better protect company directors and officers. You will leave better prepared to serve your customers, sell this coverage and answer their coverage questions!
Duration: 1 Hour
Session 2: Delving into Errors and Omissions: Identifying the Coverage Your Professionals Need
It is important for insurance professionals and insureds to understand that not all errors and omissions policies are the same. Each policy contains different unique coverages that address the exposures faced by specific professionals. For the insured to make an informed decision on the coverage to purchase, it is important we explain the different coverage available on the policy. We’ll examine the additional coverage that can be purchased on an errors and omissions policy and the exposures that can be covered.
