Meditation is the gift that keeps on giving. The average human processes 50,000 to 80,000 thoughts each day, and finding time to be still or quiet can be challenging in the world we live in. In this session, we will review the basics of meditation, learn how to prepare the body to find a comfortable seat, and lastly, meditate.
