This session will introduce you to the coverage lines that are associated with professional and management liability and give an overview of the claims made policies used to provide professional and management liability coverage. If claims-made policies are not used properly, they can leave insureds with coverage gaps and uninsured claims. You will learn the mechanics of claims-made forms and the associated terminology.

Learning about directors and officers coverage is an important part of being an insurance professional. We will explain the fundamental concepts and importance of directors and officers coverage along with key coverage features to be aware of when working in this line of business. We will also discuss real-life claims scenarios to illustrate these concepts, as well as have a discussion around positioning the sale of this critical coverage.
