We are excited that you can join us in Kelowna, British Columbia this September! Our event will take place at the Chateau Okanagan, where reservations will be made in your name. Originally a family home, Château Okanagan now stands as a Private Villa and Wellness Spa on 44 private acres. Offering luxury with 180° lake views from every room, its interiors blend French and old-world influences with furnishings and textiles sourced from the Mediterranean.

We have a great trip planned for you, and this will be a memorable experience with our team at USLI. We will be hosting guests over 2 separate dates, and further details about each session are listed below. Please note that this event is exclusively for you and not for additional guests including significant others.

EVENT DETAILS

  • Session 1 is being hosted from Monday, September 23 through Wednesday, September 25.

  • Session 2 is being held from Wednesday, September 25 through Friday, September 27.

  • Ground transportation will be arranged for your airport pick-ups and drop-offs as well as any off-site activities you elect to participate in. This event is at no cost to you other than airfare. All meals, activities, and transportation are courtesy of USLI.

  • If you are flying, the closest airport is Kelowna Internationtional Airport (YLW)

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 - WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2024

Please plan your arrival on Monday, September 23 before 12:00 PM, if possible. Upon your arrival, you’ll receive a tour of the property as well as the option to enjoy a spa service before our Welcome Reception later that evening.

On Tuesday, our day will begin with breakfast and a business session before departing for a group activity. You’ll join us this evening for an interactive dinner where our private chef will teach you how to prepare some of their favorite dishes.

Please plan your departure on Wednesday, September 25 before 12:00 PM, if possible.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 - FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2024

On Wednesday, September 25, please plan your arrival around 12:00 PM, if possible. Upon your arrival, you’ll receive a tour of the property as well as the option to enjoy a spa service before our Welcome Reception later that evening.

On Thursday, our day will begin with breakfast and a business session before departing for a group activity. You’ll join us this evening for an interactive dinner where our private chef will teach you how to prepare some of their favorite dishes.
