We are so excited that you are able to join us in Park City, Utah from Tuesday, January 7 to Friday, January 10! We have a great trip planned for you and this is sure to be a memorable experience with our team at USLI. We will be hosting you at Pendry Park City, a ski-in/ski-out resort located at 2417 W High Mountain Rd, Park City, UT 84098. Reservations on the evenings of January 7, 8, and 9 will be made in your name at the resort.
You should plan to arrive in Park City around 12 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7 if you plan to utilize the slopes or enjoy a spa treatment upon your arrival. We will get you set up with any ski rentals and lift tickets you may require. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting activities like horseback riding, dog sledding and snowmobiling.

Arrival day! If you arrive early enough, please let us know if you’d like to enjoy some time on the slopes or book a spa appointment. Then join us for our welcome cocktail and dinner reception.
Enjoy your morning skiing, snowboarding, or join us for a snowy horseback ride. We will get together for a business session before departing for dinner in Park City’s downtown district.
Join us for a morning business session followed by an afternoon of fun! Choose between our dog sledding or snowmobiling activities. Our evening cocktail and dinner reception will be hosted at our hotel.

Regarding your stay…
Reservations at Pendry Park City will be made in your name during our stay. This event is at no cost to you other than your air travel. We will provide ground transportation to and from the airport, including transportation to and from our scheduled activities. If you have any dietary restrictions, please note them when submitting your travel form.
Skiing and Snowboarding
Enjoy some time on the slopes! Lifts run from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Lift tickets will be purchased in your name for the days that you noted you’d like to ski/snowboard. Rental equipment can be picked up at Compass Sports at Pendry Park City. Lift passes and rental equipment will be booked on your behalf. Read the Liability Waiver here.
