If you find yourself rushing around during the day and not being truly present, you’re not alone. Many struggle with slowing down and being more intentional. Mindfulness is available to us in every moment; it is the ability to notice all things in life without judgment. This session will focus on the art of becoming fully present and engaged in our daily lives so we learn to become more intentionally aware of our thoughts, words and actions.

ALEXIS STRIZZIERE, YOGA AND BREATH WORK INSTRUCTOR
Alexis has been practicing yoga since 2013 and has earned time intensive certifications (200 CYT- Power Yoga Works and 200 CYT Svadhyaya). She enjoys bringing the practice of Power Yoga to benefit others in classes at various studios in the Greater Philadelphia Area. She has also completed a 25-hour meditation training program and has been meditating daily for approximately five years.
