Throughout May, participants will complete tasks from three stress-relief categories: physical health, social connection and mental wellness. In turn, you’ll learn healthier ways to proactively decrease stress, prioritize your mental health and embrace a positive mindset.
Join a Slainte Fitness team member virtually at 11:10 a.m. or 2 p.m. ET for a 10-minute session designed to target areas that tighten up during extended periods of sitting. These midday stretch breaks are held daily, so you can attend at your convenience throughout the month. Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with the link to join the stretch.
