At USLI, we care about our customers, and being accessible to them when they need us is very important. If you need to contact an underwriter, just give them a call! They are available to answer your questions and assist with your requests. If for some reason your underwriter is not available, you can press “S” for service on your phone, and you will be connected to another teammate who can help you.

During the pool safety webinar, we discuss both the Nonprofit Package Community Association and Personal Lines Dwelling products, both of which present pool safety exposures. For these products, we complete free inspections to confirm if any pool exposures are present and make recommendations pertaining to the safety of the pool exposure itself. We continue to share safety checklists and articles that are relevant to seasonal exposures such as this.
