David concentrates a substantial portion of his practice on privacy law, data breaches and ransomware attacks. He is experienced defending privacy and intellectual property cases throughout the United States, and has been litigating cases since 1994. David is a national and international speaker at privacy and data security conferences and seminars, where he discusses legal issues and emerging trends in the privacy arena.

Ben leads the company's charge to craft customizable "Smart" service offerings that specifically align with customer needs and requirements.
Ms. Meredith Bennett, RPLU, AU, AIT is Vice President and the National Underwriting Practice Leader for Technology Errors and Omissions, Privacy and Cyber here at USLI. Ms. Bennett joined USLI in 2006 as an underwriter and began managing the Tech and Cyber products a few years later. The leadership in her area of expertise includes writing coverage forms, determining eligibility, working with actuaries to ensure rate accuracy and assessing individual risk. She regularly trains brokers and underwriters on cyber and privacy risk exposures and coverages, conducts CE seminars, and teaches Cyber Security Awareness to all USLI employees.
Mr. Steven Spohn is Vice President and the Information Security Team Leader for USLI. Mr. Spohn joined USLI in 2003 and has held various positions within USLI’s information technology department. After forming and growing USLI’s Infrastructure team, he began focusing on information security and now dedicates himself to securing USLI as well as assisting USLI’s underwriting, claims, and loss control teams in their cybersecurity-related efforts.
