Regarding your travel please plan to fly to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) or to take the train to 30th Street Station. You will not need a rental car as we provide personal transportation to/from the airport and train station.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

The 50/50 Conference is a time for all participants to come together, share successes and challenges, and work on our sales skills. Our theme this year is Stretching for Excellence and our sessions will be focused on how we can reach our full potential. We will explore our confidence, mindset, habits, time management, communication and product knowledge. We expect you’ll leave feeling reenergized and even more prepared to hit your goals.

TUESDAY, APRIL 30

Arrive at your leisure and get settled in. Meet in the lobby of The Alloy hotel by 5:00 p.m. to go to our Welcome Reception.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 1

Our conference kicks off with a Q&A with our CEO, Tom Nerney, as well interactive sessions on elite sales practices presented by the 50/50 Sales Management Team. Upon the conclusion of our business sessions, we will be heading out to enjoy a fun activity and dinner together!

THURSDAY, MAY 2

The conference continues with additional sessions on overcoming objections and a behind-the-scenes look at our Instant Quote Underwriting, Sales Enhancement and Lead Generation teams. USLI product experts will also share their knowledge and key information to help you sell. We will enjoy a formal dinner in the evening, where upcoming 50/50 Program graduates will have a chance to share personal reflections.

FRIDAY, MAY 3

On our final day, we will be joined by a panel of 50/50 Program alumni who will share their experiences, career progression, and the impact the 50/50 Program had on their introduction to the industry. Our event will conclude around 11:30 a.m. ET, and we ask that you schedule your departure flight no earlier than 2:00 p.m. ET.

USLI’s Home Office is located at 1190 Devon Park Drive, Wayne, PA. We are just minutes from America's second-largest shopping mall, The King of Prussia Mall. There are tons to explore in the local and surrounding areas. As our guests, you also have access to our on-site fitness facility, Slainte.
