We invite you to join us in San Antonio, Texas for USLI’s 2025 Regional Conference. Our event will be hosted at the Briggs Ranch over the dates of Tuesday, March 4 - Thursday, March 6, 2025. We have a great trip planned for you and this is sure to be a memorable experience with our team here at USLI. Please register at your earliest convenience to secure a seat at this event.  

Need to Know:

  • This event is at no cost to you other than airfare. All meals, activities, and transportation are courtesy of USLI.

  • It would be best if you planned your arrival at the ranch no later than 3 PM on Tuesday, March 4. For your departure, we ask that you book your flight anytime after 1 pm on Thursday, March 6 to make our morning business session.

  • Please note that this event is exclusively for you and not for additional guests including significant others.

  • USLI will provide ground transportation to and from the San Antonio International Airport (SAT).

Please note that you will need your travel details in order to complete registration and hold a seat in your name at this event.

TUESDAY, MARCH 4

Please plan your arrival at Briggs Ranch before 3 pm.
Our tee times will begin at 1:15 pm followed by our Welcome Dinner Reception at 6:00 PM.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5

Our day will begin with breakfast and a business session. After, you will have the opportunity to join a tee time or participate in a golf clinic. Dinner will start at 6:00 PM later that evening.

THURSDAY, MARCH 6

Our day begins again with breakfast and a business session. Our conference will conclude at 11:00 AM. Please plan your departure after 1:00 PM.

BRIGGS RANCH - DORMIE NETWORK

Reservations will be made under your name for the nights of March 4th and 5th, 2025. Please be aware that you will be in a shared four-bedroom, luxury casita. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom. Ground transportation to and from the resort will be provided for you. If there is anything we can do to make your stay with us more enjoyable, please let us know.
