We invite you to join us in Miami, Florida for USLI’s 2025 Canadian Conference. Our event will be hosted at The Edition Miami Beach from Monday, June 16 to Wednesday, June 18, 2025. We have a great trip planned for you and this is sure to be a memorable experience with our team here at USLI. Please register at your earliest convenience to secure a seat at this event.

Essential Information:

  • This event is at no cost to you other than airfare. All meals, activities, and transportation are courtesy of USLI.

  • You should plan your arrival at the resort no later than 4 PM on Monday, June 16. You are welcome to plan for an early departure anytime after 12 PM on Wednesday, June 18.

  • Please note that this event is exclusively for you and not for additional guests including significant others.

  • USLI will provide ground transportation to and from the Miami International Airport (MIA)

Please book your flights and complete registration at your earliest convenience so that we can continue holding a seat in your name. You should ensure that your passport is up to date and must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry and departure.

MONDAY, JUNE 16

Please plan your arrival at The Miami Beach Edition before 4:00 PM. Room Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and our Welcome Reception will begin at 6:30 PM

TUESDAY, JUNE 17

Our day will begin with breakfast and a two-hour business session, followed by a fun group activity around Miami. Our dinner reception will be hosted at 6:00 PM.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18

Wake up to some sunshine, breakfast, and another two-hour business session. You are welcome to plan your departure form the resort anytime after 12 pm.

THE MIAMI BEACH EDITION HOTEL

Reservations will be made under your name for the nights of June 16 and June 17, 2025. The reservation is for a single occupancy room as guests are not permitted at our event. Should you desire to extend your stay, you must work directly with the hotel. Ground transportation to and from the hotel will be provided for you. If there is anything we can do to make your stay with us more enjoyable, please let us know.
