JOIN USLI IN THE BAHAMAS THIS FEBRUARY!
We invite you to join us in Nassau, Bahamas for USLI’s 2025 Wholesale Principal Conference. Our event will be hosted at the SLS Baha Mar over the dates of Monday, February 10 through Thursday, February 13, 2025. We have a great trip planned for you and this is sure to be a memorable experience with our team here at USLI. Please register at your earliest convenience to secure a seat at this event.
Need to Know:
This event is at no cost to you other than airfare. All meals, activities, and transportation are courtesy of USLI.
You should plan your arrival at the resort no later than 4 PM on Monday, February 10. You are welcome to plan for an early departure on Thursday, February 13 as our event will conclude on Wednesday, February 12 with our Farewell Reception.
Please note that this event is exclusively for you and not for additional guests including significant others.
USLI will provide ground transportation to and from the Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS).
Please book your flights and complete registration at your earliest convenience so that we can continue holding a seat in your name. You should ensure that your passport is up to date and must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry and departure.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10
Please plan your arrival at The SLS Baha Mar before 4:00 PM so you can enjoy some time at our cabana before checking into your room. Room Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and our Welcome Reception will begin at 6:30 PM
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11
Our day will begin with breakfast and a two-hour business session. This afternoon we will enjoy a beautiful lunch before departing as a group on a private boat. We will return around 4:30 PM, and our dinner reception will be hosted at 6:00 PM.
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 12
Wake up to some sunshine, breakfast, and another two-hour business session. Today is all about you and enjoying some time at the resort. We will provide you with excursion options to choose form or you are welcome to hang back and relax before our Farewell Reception at 6:00 PM this evening.
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13

Reservations will be made under your name for the nights of February 10, 11, and 12, 2025. The reservation is for a single occupancy room as guests are not permitted at our event. Should you desire to extend your stay, you must work directly with the hotel. Ground transportation to and from the resort will be provided for you.
